Baby #9 has arrived!
1/21/22, 6lbs14oz, 20 inches long.
Meet our baby boy, little lion, Hamza!
His name = Brave, strong, and the name of our beloved prophet Muhammad s.a.w uncle who was called the lion of Allah!
When you are giving birth to a lion, one must get ready to be tested for their braveness and strength in their faith.
I almost died in that delivery room.
I was rushed to an emergency c-section due to the baby’s heart dropping to a dangerous level!
For the first time after eight deliveries of having natural, I had to face a surgery that would put me at high risk for the following:
Bleed to death.
To remove my entire uterus.
However, that was the only way out to save my baby.
I’ll bet my life over this little man.
When surgery came:
The anesthesia caused my mouth to be immobile in the middle of surgery.
My saliva almost choked me.
I pointed to my mouth that I could not move it, but no one understood me.
In silence, I wept in desperation.
Please, God, I got to see my kids. I can’t die like this.
God got me! Your prayers, my linkies, families, friends caught me!
As I heard my little lion roar with his cry, life was restored to my soul!
And all the risks were fought by God’s presence and set me free!
